You get the same person
No rotating crew, no new guy who does not know the property. Kyler quotes it, Kyler does it, and he is the one you talk to when something needs to change.
There is no crew, no dispatcher and no call center. Kyler runs this himself out of Kalispell. The person who looks at your property is the person who mows it in July and the person who plows it in January.
His own machine, loaded for the morning
Show up on the day I said. Do the work at the height, or the depth, it actually wants that week. Take the extra ten minutes on the edge. Do not leave a mess behind me.
Almost everything people tell me about the last outfit they hired comes down to one of those four. Nobody ever says the stripes were not straight enough. They say the guy stopped coming, or he did the middle and left the fence line shaggy, or there were clippings all over the driveway when they got home.
The winter half is the same job with a different blade on it. Most people around here have one number for the grass and a second number they go hunting for the first week it snows. I would rather be the one number. I already know where your sprinkler heads are, which side of your walk holds ice, and where the drive drops off into the lawn under a foot of snow.
So that is what I hold my own work to. If a property ever looks like it got the hurry-up version, call me and I will come back out. That is not a policy on a page. It is just the deal.

An out-front riding mower, a trimmer, a blower and a plow, loaded on his own trailer. Nothing rented on the morning of, nothing borrowed.
One operator has a real limit and Kyler would rather tell you that up front than sign you on and show up every other week. If the list is full for the season, he will say so.
The route is built around Kalispell and stretches into the surrounding towns as the schedule allows. Ask about your road; one operator means the map moves with the season.
Mowing, trimming, edging and the cleanups at both ends of it.
Driveways, walkways and small lots, cleared down to the concrete.
